Selectivity?? Same as 517.17 C in the 2008.

OK. bro,.. here is what I got ,... I posted the 1987 ,... in 1990 there was no change ,...in 1993 the language you site on the other thread, was added as a Fine Print Note, not part of the code , not enforceable , in 1996 it was added as code text, ...not sure if it was verbatum the FPN from 1993.,
