Anything or any reason why you couldn't or wouldn't run these in MC cable(if spec allowed) or if you had to use pipe could you combined both circuits in one pipe? Only asking because sometimes motors circuiting/req. can be a little different.

Not real clear on your question, but motors can be wired with MC and motor circuits can share a raceway with other circuits.

What can a little tricky is any motor control circuits in the same raceway with power circuits.

If you're running a raceway I would definitely combine them.
