2” Rigid conduit

Can a 2” rigid compression connector be used in a service riser?

It would be located below the portion of pipe that extends through the roof, approximately 18” above the meter base.

I’m attempting to re use the riser from the meter up due to not wanting to get into the roof structure.

NEC wise it's no problem. Local utility may have something to say but usually they are only worried about any couplings that are above the last strap or support.
