2-120v circuits in same junction box

I have a two gang device box with one single pole switch (circuit#1) & one GFI receptacle (circuit#2). Do I need to put a box partition to separate the two circuits? Can some help with a NEC code reference? The box is located in a restroom.

Thanks

No, there is no NEC requirement for a box divider in the situation that you mentioned.

404.8(B) requires a divider or separate box when adjacent switches have a voltage of 300 volts between them.

Also 406.5(G) requires the same thing for receptacles that are adjacent to switches or other receptacles that have a voltage between devices of 300 volts or more.

I say no. NEC 406.4(G) 2008 version . Thanks to Raider1 from an earlier thread. Voltage between circuits would have to be 300v for that requirement to kick in.
