2 feeders out of 1 meter

I have an application where i would like to run 2-100 amp feeders off load side of meter lugs (has 125amp main at meter) to 2 load centers in 2 different areas of an apt. Can i du this? I know i have to find a 2 conductor lug for meter or possibly set a box right next to meter and polaris tap 2 feeders down to one. Ideas?

Semantics, but important..
Feeders or service conductors (from your description I assume service conductors..no OCP)
In addition to the problem that the meter lugs are likely not rated for two conductors, 230.72 requires your service disconnects to be grouped.

They are both off main in meter so they are subs

If you have a main at the meter you run multiple feeders as long as they have the ampactity of the main or they meet the 240.21 tap rules.
I agree you need proper lugs or a "POLARIS" type connector.
