2 Generac ATS connected to 1 generator Kholer with a KGC-1 How to connect the second ATS?

I have installed a 48Kw Kholer generator witch run with a Generac transfert switch from a previous installation trough a KGC-1 , I have a second Generac ATS to connect, how do i do that simply and safely?
