What combination of conduit and wire are you guys using for fire pumps on the line side? for 2 hour rating? Does gal and thhn give you a 2 hr rating? Emt and rhh?

Concrete or brick 2" thick or a 2hr rated wall assembly. UL pulled the listings on anything except MI, so RHH is out for now. EMT and RMC won't do anything for you.

Did the carpenters leave one face open so you could do your install and get your rough, and then close it up?

In this case there was no rough-in inspection.
