We need to reroute the line side wire from a CT can to a fire pump controller, this needs to be encased in concrete or a two hour wiring method.
I recall that a wire manufacturer makes a 2 hour rated wire for conduit, any ideas on who this would be?

Encasing in concrete would be not easy.

Is the fire pump controller supplied from a service disconnect switch located in the electric room or you are planning to travel with a service wire inside the building?
RHH wire is rated for a 2 hrs fire rate and if you wire is a feeder you can use EMT with it!!!
Now is you wire is a service wire you should be run it underground, in that case regular dual rate wire or thhw undergroud will meet the requirement of 2 hrs fire rate!!!!

Service conductors do not fall under the wiring methods of such as Draka and the others. It does meet the requirements of 700/695 though.
You are better off installing standard conductors (less money) for the service conductors, following 230.6 and then transfer over to the other permitted method of 695 once past the firepump service rated disconnect.
