I have a solar generator that I'd like to connect to 2 transfer switches.
One of the switches is a reliant 50amp manual switch with 10 breakers.

The other manual transfer switch is a 60amp interlock that I would attach to the Air Conditioning 240v circuit ONLY.

I recognize that the battery won't power all circuits simultaneously, however I would like to have the power available to both transfer switches.

Where I'm unclear is if and how I can do this.

Here's what I have come up with:
I thought a 125amp lug panel with 1 240v50amp breaker to the reliant 50amp switch , one 240v60amp to the interlock Dedicated AC switch.

More confusion: the lug panel has 2 hot and 1 Nuetral, no ground.
Do I add a ground to connect the incoming 6/3-plus-ground and run to the Main Utility Panel ground?
