The question is this. both of these services are on the same building, one feeds the main building and the other the back warehouse 1ph 100a and 1ph 200a. Is there a need to switch the neutrals due to the fact they share the same riser connections on the line side of the meter cans and the same ground rods, and the only time those neutrals are common is when the transfer switches are switched so it is the same situation as the common connection at the riser at this point.
