2 Separate structures feeders

I have a project where there is one main building and two separate structures.

I am going to run feeders to these separate structures and debating whether to run 2 individual feeders or to run 1 feeder to structure 1 then feed structure 2 from structure one.

Is one way less code compliant than the other or both are code compliant?
