2 service disconnects.

If you have 2 panels creating 2 or more service disconnects. Is it acceptable to run ground electrodes to the first service disconnect and a jumper to the other service disconnect(s)

GEC can't be spliced, but it can be tapped...like in apt's where each place has its own panel/meter. Run an unspliced GEC, then tap off it for each panel. The last one in line can just have the GEC run straight into it.

So a split bolt for a "tap" is OK

SB's are OK - the relevent section (2002 NEC) is 250.64(D) if you're questioned on it. The code is clear about the continuity of the GEC and equally clear that the GEC tap(s) are treated a little different.
