2 utility transformers?

I remember reading a code reference somewhere stating that if a building is served by two utility transformer of different voltages the electric room has to be rated at 4hrs.... Am I going crazy because I can not find it or did it just go away?

Check out 450.42, pertains to vaults only. I would really look to the FBC or FFPC or some other NFPA publications.

Thanks, I've just went through the FBC, NFPA101 and NFPA72.... Not really getting anywhere, I just wanted to be sure that I give correct information to the architect because he doesn't have a clue....
