2-wire system houses

A few months ago there was an argument about two-wire receptacles and pulling a ground yada yada yada, anyway somebody responded that they had read an article about the future of houses was going back to the two-wire system and that receptacles would be on the baseboard kind of like track lighting and could be moved around type thing. I was wondering if anybody knows what article or where this came from. by the way i am not trying to start an arguement just curious.

I haven't heard anything about it.
I will say that I would hate to see it happen. I think the grounding requirements have saved lives and property.
Please let me know if you hear more about this topic. I do a fair amount of residential and like to try to keep up with what is going on.
