Today I was having a discussion with an inspector and was told that as per the 08 NEC I can no longer rely on an enclosure for continuity of the EGC. I told him that was only the grounded conductor as per 200.2(B). I did not have an 08 with me and he was adamant that the EGC had a similar requirement. I just checked a couple books and still believe he is confused. Would you agree or am I missing something?
