I have a building that will have the following three systems;

208/120 3? 4W (existing)
480/277 3? 4W
400/230 3? 3W

I plan on using;

208
Black
Red
Blue
White

480
Brown
Purple
Yellow
Grey

400
?
?
?

Is there a standard here now for this?

Thanks

If you said it was 400/230 3Ph 4W, I would have guessed you were in a datacenter. But since 3W, I couldn't guess.
In any case, it is not dictated, just like the other systems, so i would pick something that you could get at a supply house easily.

I'm not ruling out 4 wire yet. I have conflicting info here. Tranny specs state 400y/230 but secondary raceway specs 3 1/0's. This is for a printing press. Schedule for the 400V panel reads as follows.

Printer: 3#12 20A 3?
Vacuum pumps: 3#8 50A 3?
Dryer: 3#2 80A 3?
Blower: 3#12 20A 3?
Service outlet: 2#12 20A 1? (2 pole)

So I'm trying to find out what the highlighted item is.

Obviously your AHJ may have input, but I have encountered this previously and, fortunately, one of the three (or more) systems had limited use.
As 210.6 only requires a means of identification and does not dictate color, the E/C "tagged" the exposed conductors on the oddest system using a label maker.

Some of the machines I've had to work on had a maintenance outlet, the rest of the machine could be powered down and the outlet remained live for tools etc.

Could be Royse units. Komori or Heidelberg press(es)? Chiller?

Wouldn't be the first time a neutral was needed at a press and they call for a 3 wire feeder. Check if you can, CYA if you can't.
For 480V we use BN, OE, YW, GY
