200.6 Different voltage system entering the same enclosure

We have two systems entering the same enclosure in multiple places
site wide: specifically 208/120V and 480/277V.
The inspectors have stated; according to 200.6, we needed to add labeling on each enclosure stating the voltages and phase/ neutral conductors color coding, ie white and gray respectively.
Does the labeling necessarily have to be the permanent nameplate type with adhesive backing or attaching screws? Or can it be a simple sheet of laminated paper posted on the enclosure or nearby?

What specific part of 200.6 says that a label is required? We just use White for 120/208 and Gray for 277/480.

I agree with Roger that 210.5(C)(1) is the correct code section. The OP said "enclosures" if they're not "each branch-circuit panelboard or similar branch-circuit distribution equipment" then conductor color coding is sufficient.
