200 amp 3 phase panel

If I have a 200a 3 phase panel how many amps on each phase before the 200a main breaker will trip

like can I have 160amps on a phase 160amps on b phase and 160amps on c phase at the same time?

or is it 160 Amps spread out over all 3 phases ?

I’m having a hard time understanding this

Yes each pole will Carry 200 amps. There is no need to derated to 160 amps if it is not a continuous load.
