Hey guys few questions, Im a owner of a building and i have 3 old fuse sub panels I want 2 change to breaker panels. I had some 1 look at it and hes charging me 250 each panel for labor plus material.
Hes has his license, but im nervous with this stuff so tell me if this sounds rite. 3 fuse subpanels , 1 with 30 , 40 amp breakers that feed apartments, and 2 with 16, 40 amp breakers.
He told me all he has to do is get 3, 200 amp guts with 40 amp breakers and put that in the exsisting box, and run a ground to the main. Is the price good and Is this true ? Im gonna get it inspected but dont want to run into trouble .
