200 amp service location

im currently doing a complete renovation of a 1100 sf home im trying to see if there are any restrictions for panel location...

im trying to place it in a laundry/utility room which is aprox. 7'-6" wide and 6' deep i have to place a washer, dryer, on demand water heater (wall mounted) and a 200 amp service panel.

are there any restrictions for proximity from the washer and the water heater...

the water heater would look similar to this (http://alpineheat.com/blog/images/Navien_After.JPG) uppon finish

also, are there any restrictions on how far the service panel can be away from the meter socket?
