I have to do a service upgrade from 100 to 200 it's an existing underground service but customer wants to go overhead to save some money. The problem with his situation is he had a 2nd story put on the house but the soffit is still there were roof used to be so can I go through it with pvc or does it have to be a ridged mast. I can attach point of attachment to the house and heat pvc to connect to house after it goes through the 2in roof flashing or will It need to be ridged and made into a mast trying to avoid using 45s in ridged.

If your POCO will accept an eyebolt as their point of attachment, I'd use PVC all the way. No need for rigid,.
