Can you cross line and load wires terminating in a 200 amp disconnect switch. Line conductors come in to the switch at the bottom and the load conductors come in to the top. In order to terminate in the switch, having plenty of gutter space inside the switch,the conductors will cross. Is this acceptable or will I receive a violation upon inspection.

Are any of these conductors service conductors?
If these are not service conductors mixed with non-service conductors, there is no prohibition for crossing line and load conductors within a disconnect, provided there is adequate space for the conductors.
