200% Neutral vs. Isolated Ground

So practically, in which cases, the 200% neutral or isolated ground or combined would take into consideration?;)
 
200% neutrals are typically used for high harmonic circuits where the current can become additive in the neutral. IG's are pretty much obsolete and IMO a waste of money.
