Theres a lot of rules that make me scratch me head but this one actually seems clear for once. No open Incandescent light bulbs in clothes closet

The powers to be renumbered Article 410 in the 2008, in the 2005 NEC 410.16(B) was titled "inspection". This section was deleted in the 2008 NEC.

Ah went back and checked it out in the 05. Glad they cut it out. Kinda stupid. Trying visualize how you might violate that but can't
