2008 NEC Book

Will make this short. Does anyone know when the 2008 NEC is due to come out? I use to be in the electrical field <apprentice> in 2005. 2006 changed jobs and industry. Looking to try and get back in the electrical field in texas.

It's out now. Not all areas have adopted it but some have.

Not only is it out, the books on changes, are available, handbook is on order not sure if it is in print yet.

And some areas will not adopt it for years.......and YEARS

Yea, no word yet from Amazon on my pre-ordered Handbook copy either.
Of course I got tired of waiting and bought the 2008 NEC soft copy & a significant changes NJATC combo last month/year . Couldn't wait .

I got the Stallcup's and the IAEI. Like them both, but if I had to choose only one I would go with Stallcups.
