2008 NEC Code Adoption - Florida

FYI, The Florida Building Commission - Electrical TAC committee approved the adoption of the 2008 NEC with an 8-1 vote yesterday afternoon. A motion was then made to adopt the code with NO exceptions, deletions, or changes. This motion also passed 8-1.

The expected date of adoption is July 1, 2009 !!!
