2008 NEC SER at 60C

Could someone tell me where in the 2008 NEC that SER can only be used at the 60C column for ampacity?? Thanks.

Also can someone tell me about this 100% of the load when using table 310.15(B)(6), Im not finding it in the code.

It is just for interior installations.

It requires you to comply with the requirements of Article 334, part II. In the '05, it specifically excluded 334.80, that exclusion has been removed.
