2008 vs 2011 master test

Im in Minnesota and the 2011 code will be used for testing on july 1st, im hoping to take the test on june 15 but its not for sure yet (depending on when they get back to me) I would like to study as much as i can in my free time because i failed the test in december (by 2%) so i was wondering if i got the study guide and practice test, the one for $79, for 2011 and i take the test on the 2008 code, will i be screwing myself?

I wouldn't worry too much,while the codebook changes some every 3 years its
not like they start over and move sections and chapters around to fool you.
The book is same with a few changes.
