200V Fire Pump Motor

Looking at this nameplate:

It's being installed on a 208V system. Why does the title of Table 430.250 mention voltage ranges, and leave out 208V? Is the 200V column based on connection to a 208V system?

i agree that it could be connected to 208 for the low voltage connection, but im wondering what you could run to it for the 400 volt connection. Would 480 be too much?
