Changes are not yet concrete.

I already do NOT like the new changes.

Its not a done deal until the annual meeting and even than there can be appeals. But whay you need to do is read the ROP, look for any that are accepted or accepted in part, then read the ROC and look for those comments that change the proposals.
Some changes are for sure, for example a new article on wind turbines or changing FPN to Informational Note.
The are about 4,000 proposals and I don't know how many comments, seems like a lot of comments this cycle.
