2011 NEC Handbook

It may be blaspheme to ask this on Mike's forum since he sells the electrical bible... But I am a member of NFPA and pre-ordered 2 2011 NEC Handbooks from them... both of which they said would be here the first part of November.... so far nothing... Anybody have a like situation?
