In a residential kitchen, 210 states that 'Sinks - where receptacles are installed within 6 ft of the outside edge of a sink' These require GFCI protection

Question is this - Does this include ALL receptacles, IE - Microwave receptacle in the cabinet above the wall-mounted micro? The receptacle enclosed within the appliance garage? The disposal? The receptacle mounted above the open soffit for the LED driver for the undercabinet or in-cabinet lighting?

Unfortunately the code states within 6' of the sink so disposals if they are cord and plug would need gfci and IMO receptacles in cabinets for lighting would also qualify. Dishwashers are also required to be gfci even if they are direct wired-- 210.8(D)
