Has anyone purchased the 2014 NEC ebook for the Apple devices?

It is $80 and I see no reviews anywhere.
My concern is not being able to copy and paste sections of the code I am looking at.

Good question. This Ebook version is based on Inkling and I have not had a chance to get up to speed on Inkling. You can set up a free inkling account and try it on some other free title to see if copy and paste works.
One thing I did determine though is that you can not view Inkling titles on a PC without a live internet connection, but you can view a title off line on an IPad or IPhone. This is a big drawback for me.
 
The NEC PDF can be applied to the Ipad - has a excellent search -- make sure when you download the pdf on to your computer use an adobe acrobat with OCR capabilities before transferring it to your Ipad
