That's "Find".

For "Advanced Search" [Acrobat]: Shift+Ctrl+F

Ctrl+F is a common keyboard shortcut for Find in other programs, too.

Take a look at the menu on the adobe software. Go to edit and almost at the bottom of the list is the Find and Search fields. Next to these are the shortcut keys for each. I guess that is where I learned those key strokes.
