I had to search a little, but I found the 2017 MA Code Amendments.

Some interesting things there. Due to a typo on 400.5, which Im sure will be fixed, when derating, 4-680 conductors are 80% ampacity! (the "80" part got printed in the wrong column). 7-24 conductors is 70%, so one can run 24 #12s and still use a 20A breaker, but #10 is still limited to 6 to use a 30A breaker... they should have done a 75% table, say from 7-15, then 70% from 16-24.
