205 Hours Labor for 900KW generator

Written labor units have 205 hours for 900KW generator. Do you think 205 hours are correct and why? Generator set on pad on parking lot area. Generator w/housing 37,000 lbs. How thick should pad be?

Correct, for what type of installation? Existing building, with genset going in sub-basement 3, no, that is not correct.
