75kva 208 delta to 480 wye step up transformer. How do you size the GEC? I'm assuming it's sized off the 480V conductors but not certain. Also I'm assuming I need to bond to the neutral even though I am not utilizing it for the equipment the transformer is powering.

Yes the derived (480Y/277 volt secondary) conductors are used the size the GEC and the SBJ. And yes you need to bond the neutral with a Wye secondary.
