Where does one find the FLA for a 208 V 3-phase Synchronous-Type motor...for circuit calculations?

If you do not find it on the motor nameplate (or even if you do) look at the horsepower rating of the motor and use the corresponding table in the NEC.

You might consider using the 230V table - bumped up 10% for 208V or as GD suggested, nameplate FLA. I'd likely use which ever one was larger. Don't forget the multiplier for pf. This is an odd-enough-ball no one is going to get a replacement motor off the shelf. The projects costs are likely such that no one is going to squawk about the extra copper cost.

Just curious: What do the engineered drawing show?

Interesting, 208V motors of that type do not seem to be listed in T430.250.:(

Am I missing something?:?

I don't think so. Maybe one could look in NEMA MG-1 an see if they recognize it's existance. Other than that:
The NEC is for cookie cutter installs? And this isn't. Anything out of the ordinary, you are the engineer-of-record?

Just guesses
