New to figuring out how to calculate the loads for a 208/120 volt 3ph RV campground. I have a campground that has two 400 amp 6 circuit distribution panels. Old system is setup for 30/20 amp pedestals.
Wanting to convert to 50/30/20 amp pedestals. I can do the single phase calculations but not sure on the load factors or calculations for 3ph. Would like to use two 200 amp breakers for two runs.

NEC 551.73

NEC 551.73

Take a look at NEC 551.73 for the minimum load. As an FYI, not every pedestal is required to be upgraded to a 50A (see 551.71)(A)(B)(C) for those minimum requirements as well.

NEC 551.73(50A) - Minimum of 12,000VA Load for sites with 50A 208Y/120V supply
NEC 551.73(B) - Demand factor for number of sites. This will be crucial to keeping your overall service size down.
