I have a 120/208V, 3 Phase Service for lighting up a large facility where voltage drop is an issue.
Would prefer to use 208V lighting to help with this. I heard, not sure if its true, that 208V LED drivers are more expensive and harder to acquire since there is no neutrual connection. Any truth to this? HE William has a 208V option and a 120-277 UNV option. Does it matter which one option I use with a 2-Pole/208V breaker? I would think not having a neutral connection is better because if that puppy gets loose you blowing up ballast. The netrual came undone from my transformer outside my house once and it took out my fridge and every power supply in my house.
The lights are a H.E William GL-4
