208V on a 3 phase 240v high leg Delta?

Howdy,

Can you get 208v 4 wire (3 phase/ground - no neutral) on a 240v high leg Delta system? I think you can only get 208V here with single phase on that high leg panel by going from the "high leg" and the neutral?

You have it correct. A 240V high leg delta system has 208V to ground on the high leg, but no where else.

If you need 208V three phase, then you need a transformer. This could be some sort of buck/boost from your 240V supply (if you don't care about the 208V symmetry to ground) or it could be a 240:208V delta:wye transformer.

Definitely not without a delta/wye or a B-B transformer.

Yes, but you can't really use it that way.
