I was looking over the panel schedules for a new assited living complex out for bids that had a 3000a 120/208v 3ph 4w MDP. In this MDP there were 51 2p 150amp breakers shown to feed 51 tennant panels. The panels were indicated to be 30 cir 120/208v single phase mlo loadcenters. Is there any code restrictions that do not allow 120/208v single phase feeders to a panel like this? I have never installed 208v single phase to any single phase panel. I was under the impression that 120/240v single phase was the only voltage allowed to a single phase panel for this purpose but I cannot find anything to dispute it in the code book so far.
Thanks.
