Hey Mike,
I probably know the answer but will ask anyway. A neighbor has a 20a 220v receptacle (outside) that was used for an old water pump. (I think that's what he told me)
Is there any way to convert that set up to a 30a 110v RV receptacle without using a transformer. The current application has a 20a dbl. pole breaker and #12 wire to a 20a 220v receptacle. The # 12 wire is buried behind finished walls; otherwise, I would just change to a 30a sng pole breaker with #10 wire and a weatherproof 30a receptacle.
