I had discussion with a client and suggested that the 1600watt bidet toilet seat can not be connected to the existing bathroom circuit. Because it is a fastened in appliance and its rating is more than 50% of the circuit. 210.23(A)(2)

What are your thoughts?

Thats according to the instructions. Apparently the built in water heater has a 1600W rated coil.
