210.4(B) 2008 code

Per 210.4(B) in the 2008 NEC means shall be provided to simultaneously disconnect all ungrounded conductors of a multiwire branch circuit at the point where the branch circuit originates. If I'm understanding it right even if the home run with a 5, 7, 9 circuit conductors in the same raceway to a 4sq box then leaving the box into 3 seperate rooms would still require a breaker tie, even if they are not in the same device box. Does every one agree:-?

Yes, per the 2008 NEC, all MWBC's must be supplied from a multi-pole breaker or breakers that have their handles tied together with approved handle ties
