Starting a tool shop and this is the first time I have ran into this.

I have 480,208 and 240.

I am good with the 480 and 208 colors, but when 240 shows up at the party I start scratching my head.

Is there a color standard everyone uses when all three are involved?

Is the 240 single phase or 3 phase ? If 3 phase is there a hi-leg (240/120) ?

480 service.

All panels are 3 phase, fed from xfmrs.

240 is Delta 3 wire.

The fact that you 240 is delta keeps you from having to address "orange" as mandatory. 200.6 would require you to use different colors on your neutrals if you share raceways, etc.
210.5 would allow you to pick any variations of color (except green, white, or gray) or tag, for you ungrounded conductors, as long as you assign seperate colors (or tag) and identify. (Red, Blue, Black 208) (Brown, Orange, Yellow 480) (Purple, Tan, Pink 240) or such. No Code requirements except "seperate" color or tag.
