if replacing numerous discos on back of apartment buildings and there are no outlets for servicing would there be a chance of being cited for no gfi service outlets

I am assuming that the disconnects are for A/C units.

If you are just replacing existing disconnects then in my opinion you would not need to add a receptacle to meet 210.63. If you were adding a new A/C unit and disconnect then you would need the receptacle.

But this is definiatly a AHJ call, so my advice is to check with the AHJ.

Based on the posts in this very forum I'd say there is no doubt a chance that you may be cited.

Should you be??
