Hi!

I need some assistance please. I am working on a commercial garage. We have welders that require 208V 3P 80A. Per NEC 210.8(b), three phase receptacles rated 150 volts to ground or less, 100 amps or less shall have gfci protection. I contacted the panel manufacturer's and the highest breakers are typically at 208V 1P 50 amps. What is typical used in the field for gfci protection for 80A welders?

You are 208V 3P... you don't need GFCI according to 2020, 2017, & 2014

Can you hardwire the welders instead of using receptacles?
