I think someone had posted a link to GFCI protection devices for 3 Phase 100 amp or less, 150 volts to ground. Anyone remember what it was or who made it?

That looks familiar although by the drawings they seem to be for wye systems only. QO makes some breakers but they too are for wye. $313 each, none in stock, 5 day lead time. Made when ordered.
