In 220.14(H), what is the criteria for determining whether or not appliances are "unlikely to be used simultaneously"? It sounds subjective, curious if there is a hard definition for this.

I'd say the criteria would be knowing what will get plugged in, or how many people will be using the wiremold at a time.
